Quiet Room – which is part of our home. The room has a sliding glass door for a patio entrance with ocean and island views. We have lots of off street parking. It includes shared: bathroom/shower, kitchen, laundry room, refrigerator, and storage space in the attic of the garage. The room has a double closet and loft storage as well. All utilities are included with free Starlink Internet access! We provide Metered EV Charging which costs you less than in town and gives you the added convenience of charging while you sleep instead of waiting for hours in a parking lot downtown at a higher price. This also included pure filtered well water so no bottled water needed here!
We live in a very quiet area of West Camino Cielo, off highway 154, about 2,000 feet high in the mountains, which is about 15 minutes from highway 101 and State Street and La Cumbre Plaza. As seen in the photos below, it sits on 7 acres on top of San Marcos Pass with 360-degree views. It is a beautiful area with lots of trails for hiking and biking. The room is about 13×11 with a high cathedral style slanting wood beam ceiling. The room is at a quiet side of our home with fantastic views of Santa Barbara, Goleta, ocean, islands, and mountains. Solid oak doors on the bedroom and hallway helps to separate you from the rest of the home and helps to reduce any noise.
Once we have talked with you on the phone we can schedule a viewing, and email or text you a map for directions, because it is a little difficult to find the first time around. GPS is close and the Google map helps too, which shows you the distance from State Street and La Cumbra Plaza to our area in West Camino Cielo. As seen it is about 9 miles which some people say it’s just too far and others say it’s just heaven! You do need to text us a picture of your driver’s license to view the room because we value and keep a secure home for all that live here, which includes video surveillance cameras outside the home.
