Private Room Plus
Private – Entrance to Bedroom from outside glass sliding door, private Kitchenette and Bathroom, private Refrigerator and separate Freezer.

Shared – Hallway access to rooms, Storage space in garage attic, Washer & Dryer in garage, second shared refrigerator in garage, $3,000 well water filtration system, no need for bottled water, EV charging at 110v overnight while you sleep and metered for payments. Star Link Wi-Fi Internet access, all utilities included which is an approximate total value of $300 per month.

The Private Room – is about 13 x 11 feet with a high cathedral style slanting wood beam ceiling and ceiling fan with remote control. The room is located at the far end of the house with its own entrance and a patio in the front, with ocean and island views, and a patio in the backyard with mountain views. It’s a very quiet room with hall doors that separate it from the rest of the house.

Location – Google Map – off highway 154 in the foothill mountain area of West Camino Cielo, which is about a 15 minute drive to town and highway 101 and State Street and La Cumbre Plaza.

Our Home – As seen in the photos below it sits on 7 acres on top of San Marcos Pass in the West Camino Cielo area with 360-degree views. It is a beautiful area and we feel one of Santa Barbara’s best kept secrets. My wife and I are retired and work from home. Our home is about 4,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, with lots of space and lots of parking. This particular room is at the end of the house separated by hallways doors which gives it the feeling of your own space and rental. If you want that feeling of getting away from it all while enjoying the view, hiking, biking, walking, and just relaxing, this is the place. We have two friendly dogs, Jake and Elwood the Blues Brothers, who love to go on walks with anyone that is willing to join them. Message us with any questions.
